jiliparl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
jiliparl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliparl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your jiliparl account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
